The Reformed Church In Kinnelon

As we open ourselves to new possibilities, we invite you to become a part of the community of believers, the Reformed Church in Kinnelon (RCK). Our worship services are at 10:00 Sunday mornings. the worship service is filled with the light of the atmosphere around us. They are filled with God's good news. The sermons are thought provoking, inspiring, and even life-changing at times.

What Do We Believe

Music and The Choir

Our 10-member choir, with a full range of voices is led by choirmaster Arlene Mierop. The choir performs nearly every Sunday. The richness of the singing is mirrored by the variety of types of music the choir performs.  Sometimes, toes are tapping and fingers are snapping. At other times there is a hush throughout the sanctuary as the beauty of a well-loved melody fills us with emotion.

Children and Worship

Newcomers with small children will be glad to know that we have an excellent "Children In Worship" space for their benefit. "Children in Worship" is a Sunday School curriculum designed to engage the minds and entertain the spirit of small children as they learn about God.  Specially-trained teachers tell the stories of God's people and the works of Jesus in a creative format that uses simple wooden figurines and colorful fabric images. Your child(ren) will be entranced.

Fellowship

Following worship, we offer a time of food, fun and fellowship.  Join us for fresh-baked goodies. To complement the goodies, a selection of teas or a just right cup of coffee is available.  Our fellowship time is a chance for all gathered to learn more about one another; to share the good news of God's work in our lives.
